Goals.
At some point in my life I learned about to do lists (i know it was unfortunately after college). So now I am a pretty goal oriented guy. Last night on the walk home from The Box, I had a great conversation with my friend David, who has become my de facto training partner since he is around my height and strength (he is definitely stronger and in better shape, but it makes me work harder).
We started talking about some stuff that we wanted to do by the end of summer.
Here is a list of fitness goals that I put together, now of course since it is Gabrus that is writing these, there is probably too much for me to try and accomplish, but we will see.
-Get body weight down to 220
-deadlift 2x new bw equals a 440 lb deadlift
-Bench 300 lbs
-squat 330 (1.5 times that new bodyweight)
-Do Fran as RXed (one of the bench mark crossfit workouts)
these are very strength oriented goals…buuuuut I don’t have any speed and or running times to compare it to, though I am doing a 5K on saturday, that will be my base time and I will come back with a goal for that too.
