Made the front page of the crossfit football website today. My trainer at CFSBK took the pic and submitted it for me.
I gotta say, I really love the Crossfit Football programming.

This post is for Tiffany. She has been out of town for work for a while, and misses her men. Tiff, I am wearing the shirt you got me. I love it.
Well, babe we miss you too! We love you. Hurry home!
Love,
Your Men (boys)

P.S. We swear the apartment is not a disaster, the bed is made and the throw pillows are perfect.

Tonight, I will be performing in 3 different improv shows. Now I have done two in one night, and I may have actually done 3 once back in the day. But this night is special because I am stoked about all the show I am in, and even more awesome they are all at the same place. I intend to be pretty shot by the end of all this.
930ishPM: The Law Firm @ Harold Night- Tonight it is just Fran, Moses, Lang and I, 4 person harolds are equal parts fun and challenging. Plus more stage time! Just what I need.
11PM: Dinner with Outlook of the Poet- Ben Rodgers, Gavin Speiller and Myself are trying out a new improv show with our 3v3 championship team (runners up in 07 and 09, winner in 08). We have your favorite improvisor Neil Casey sitting in with us.
1130PM: Law Firm: The People’s Court-The same 4 from 2 hours earlier are working out our new improv form. You have a gripe with a friend, bring it to the People’s Court and let The Law Firm decide who is at fault.
*not actually a trilogy
Saw this statue in the National Gallery in D.C. and thought it looked like a less cute version of my good friend and hilarious comedian Dominic Dierkes

Sophmore year of college. I never changed, only got bigger, but my ass stayed the same tiny size. Want to hear the story behind this photo? Well I don’t remember this one.
Though, I have plenty more stories mark your calendar and come hear ‘em
