Making Coffee

The Wire Sightings
iamachilles: Just got back from an audition where I saw Seth Gilliam, AKA Sgt. Ellis Carver from The Wire. I didn’t say anything to him for fear of looking “uncool.” This puts my Wire cast-member sightings at two; the first one was David Costabile, AKA Baltimore Sun managing editor Thomas Klenabow. I saw him walking down 7th Avenue once. i got 3 SON! good luck trying to keep up

I am down to 264.  I lost 11 lbs in the last month or so. I weighed 235 after football season senior year of HS I weighed 195 when I went away to school I weighed 235 when I graduated I weighed 275 a month ago. I am going to make a valiant effort to get down to some sort of fighting weight. i haven’t had a drink in 4 days.  Sadly that is a record.
